PUT-AWAY ASSOCIATE

Put-away Associate is responsible for accurate put away and replenishment of products to meet company standards of safety, productivity, and quality. This includes the operation of pallet jacks and rolling ladders in the handling of products. This positions hours are from 7:00AM-3:30PM with a 30-minute lunch break.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Transport product to bulk locations using proper equipment and efficiently stack and store product
• Operate warehouse equipment, rolling ladders and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently while meeting productivity and quality expectations
• Utilize Scanners and the Warehouse Management System
• Use basic problem-solving skills to ensure stable operation of the warehouse
• Observe, maintain, coordinate and complete standard work
• Ensure Put-away and replenishment work are completed in a timely manner
• Assisting other areas when needed

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to solve problems and make decisions on the fly
• Able to multi-task and be a quick learner
• Computer or Handheld scanner knowledge

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Use rolling safety stairs, and pallet jacks
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
