Warehouse Picker is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to packing line. Responsible for accuracy of pulling the product on customer’s order. Responsible for condition pick location after picking parts, and properly disposing cardboard boxes.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain-Strive to hit the 1750 picks per week goal
• Ensuring all picked orders are processed in a timely manner with no errors
• Ensuring all orders are initialed and warehouse notes are read and directions are clearly followed
• Responsible for part put backs
• Use basic problem-solving skills to ensure stable operation of the warehouse
• Observe, maintain, coordinate and complete standard work
• Maintain a clean and organized picking area
• Utilize Scanners and the Warehouse Management System
• Eventually training in to complete confidence in AX, (Computer Software) to determine which order needs filled from overstock locations as the picker continues working.
• Gain knowledge in determining each part a picker miss picks and finding how to resolve the issue for further mistakes.
• Assisting other areas when needed
